Paint Jobs for Patriots

This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are currently or have previously served in the United States Military and have good standing. Not applicable to military Spouses, children, family or Dishonorably discharged members. Vehicle must be a motorcycle or trike ONLY. Four wheel vehicles such as, cars, trucks, side by sides, atvs, slingshots, etc may not apply. Void where prohibited by law. By Checking this box you agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor (Ms. Conception), its affiliates and employees. This is NOT a randomly selected contest. Winner will be selected at the sole discretion of Amanda & Zeriah after careful consideration of all contestants. Winner will be notified by email or phone and has 7 days to respond to claim their prize. After the 7 days of no response, prize will be forfeited and a second winner will be chosen. Prize in non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit towards a different project. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at anytime. Winner agrees to and understands that they will be without their motorcycle for a minimum of 60days up to 120days. Priority will be given to the paying jobs on hand and the time for completion will depend on the complexity of the job and the current workload at time the bike is received. Scheduling will be at the discretion of the winner but must have bike scheduled before the beginning of the next contest. Paint job will be completed in a timeframe that does not interrupt daily business operations at Ms. Conception Paint. No deadlines or completion date will be guaranteed. As part of the promotional paint job, your bike WILL include visible logos and branding for "Ms. Conception paint" and "PJFP" (Paint jobs for Patriots) and can not be covered or obscured. All branding must remain visible for the duration of ownership of the motorcycle.

I authorize Ms. Conception Paint to use my photograph or video publicly to promote Ms. Conception Paint and the "Paint jobs for Patriots" contest. I consent to the participation in interviews, the use of quotes, and the taking of photographs or videos. I grant the right to edit, use, and reuse said products. I understand that the images and/or videos may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
